Carlisle Crossings – Update

Eastbrook Homes has begun their transformation of Carlisle Crossings! Signs went up a few weeks ago, and the landscapers have been busy cutting back over growth, planting new trees and installing dozens of landscaping rocks!

We’re excited to see new homes go up… Hopefully soon!

Also, Eastbrook Homes will be at the Byron Township Board meeting on November 14th at 7pm to request a ‘major change’ to the PUD. Then they will be at the Byron Township Planning Commission meeting on November 21st at 7pm for ‘Final Site Development Plan’ for phase 1

Planters Row is Expanding!

At the September 20th Planning Commission meeting in Byron Center, a representative for the developer officially requested, and received, approval for phase 5 of the Planters Row sub division. This newest phase will include about 16 new lots; a small number compared to the sizes of the previous phases, but market conditions justify a more conservative approach.

As reported earlier, Planters Row is almost completely built out, there are only a few empty lots remaining.

Providence Lake

Located on the site of the former Byron Hills Golf Course, Providence Lake is a rapidly growing single family home development in Byron Center, MI. Off of Burlingame, between 76th & 68th St, Providence Lake is close enough to major highways and businesses, while still retaining that distinctly ‘Byron Center’ feel.

Developed around a 10 acre pond, many home sites feature water views and private access; all homes in Providence Lake enjoy shared access of the pond. However, don’t get the jet ski’s out yet, this lake is not all sport; take an evening stroll in your paddle boat, canoe or kayak, but leave the speed boat at home:)

Waterfront home sites starting in the low $60′s and non-waterfront home sites from $42,000 to $55,000. Multiple builders have built custom and spec homes in this neighborhood, including Buffum Builders, Kilgore Builders, Dykstra Homes, Falcon Custom Homes, and Eagle Creek Construction.

As construction on Phase III recently began, we are sure to see more new construction!
